Previous experience in a management position desirable.
Good commercial understanding including managing budgets and driving occupancy
Ability to build strong relationships
Strong management and organisational skills
Minimum NVQ4.
ROLE
Supporting the Home Manager in the operational day to day management of the Care Home to ensure the smooth running of the 24/7
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity to empower people to live as independent as possible.
Managing staff and ensuring they are adequately skilled and trained
Leading and managing the team and being a “role model” for staff.
Ensuring that the Home is compliant with all relevant regulation
Implementation of an effective Quality Assurance programme.
Working with the Home Manager to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Home.
